throwback. In 2011 a major storm typhoon pedring hit the Philippines central island of luzon mostly affecting the provinces of central luzon especially the province of Bulacan. The Towns of Hagonoy, and Calumpit were mostly affected by the flooding.
Former DILG Secretary Jessie Robredo even visited the town. all relief and help was given to the LGU of Hagonoy thru former Mayor Angel Cruz. with the help of the Armed forces of the Philippines NGO'S aswell.
