There meeting was to discuss and find ways to aleviate Tidal flooding in Bulacan particularly in the town of Hagonoy . Amb. Brinks delegation also surveyed the town of Hagonoy . Also invited were Obando Bulacan Mayor Orencio Gabriel  .whos town also suffers the same yearly problem .
